1. Quotes and Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days.

• Work begins once you confirm in writing and, if required, pay a deposit.

• Changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.

2. Payments

• A 50% deposit may be required before starting work.

• Full payment is due on completion or before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments are subject to interest (8% above the Bank of England base rate) and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Proofs and Approvals

• Proofs are provided for checking before printing.

• Please check carefully — once approved, you accept responsibility for any errors.

• Reprints due to client errors are chargeable.

4. Printing and Colour

• Minor colour or material variations are normal and within industry standards.

• Quantities may vary by ±5% from the amount ordered.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only.

• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Goods remain our property until fully paid.

6. Ownership and Use

• We retain ownership of all artwork and designs until full payment is received.

• Once paid, you are granted permission to use the final work for the agreed purpose.

• We may display your project in our portfolio or marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once design or print work has started.

• No refunds are offered on completed work unless defective.

8. Liability

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the work supplied.

• We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or indirect damages.

9. Data Protection

• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Your data is only used for business purposes and is never shared without your consent.

10. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Northern Ireland.

11.Cancellation / Withdrawal of Services

If the client chooses to cancel, pause, or withdraw from the project at any stage, the full agreed project fee remains payable, regardless of whether the work has been completed.
